Q&A

Everything Before You Arrive

The practical details — rooms, check‑in, pets, policies — answered before you need to ask.

Your Stay

QWhat time is check-in and check-out?
A

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

QCan I arrange an early check-in or a late check-out?
A

We're very sorry, but early check-in and late check-out aren't available.

QWhat's the maximum number of guests per villa? Can we stay with more?
A

Each villa is charged per room for up to 6 guests. For parties of 7 or more, extra guests share futon bedding in the tatami room or living area, at an additional ¥4,950 (tax included) per person. An infant sharing a bed with a parent, without needing separate bedding, isn't counted toward the limit.

QWhat are the room layouts like?
A

Standard-type villas have a 1LDK layout (plus an irori hearth room in most types), a bedroom with two beds, a tatami space, and around 32 m² of living/dining area. Suite and Deluxe Suite villas have roughly 46 m² of living/dining space; Hilltop villas have about 32 m².

QIs the property wheelchair accessible?
A

Yes — under Japan's lodging business licensing standards, every villa is barrier-free.

QIs parking available at each villa? How many cars?
A

Each villa comes with 2 dedicated parking spaces.

QWhat amenities and sleepwear are provided?
A

Face towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided for each guest up to the villa's capacity. Pajamas are free-size.

QWhen does a cancellation fee apply?
A

50% of the stay total is charged for cancellations made from 50 days before your stay, and 100% from 7 days before. No cancellation fee applies if public transportation is suspended due to a natural disaster or other exceptional event that makes arrival impossible.

QDo I need to pay in advance? Can I pay by credit card on-site?
A

We recommend booking and paying directly through our official website, where discounted plans are also available.

QDo you accept credit cards, and in what currency?
A

Payment is handled in Japanese yen (JPY) through our official booking site. If you have questions about payment methods, please contact us directly before your stay.

QIs English spoken at check-in?
A

Our staff will do their best to assist in English, and translation tools are on hand for anything more detailed — please don't hesitate to ask.

QAre seasonings provided for BBQ on the terrace?
A

Salt, pepper, oil and other seasonings aren't provided in the villa. If you're bringing your own ingredients, please bring your own seasonings too.

A full gas BBQ grill and tongs set rents for ¥5,000 (tax included) per stay. Bringing your own open-flame equipment isn't permitted.

QIs there a dog-friendly restaurant nearby?
A
