- How many people can stay?
- The rooms are charged per unit and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
For groups of more than 6, additional guests will sleep on futons in the Japanese-style room or living area.
An extra charge of ¥6,600 (tax included) applies per additional person.
Children sharing a bed (who do not require separate bedding) are not counted toward the maximum capacity.

- Standard Type: 1LDK (excluding the hearth room), bedroom with 2 beds, tatami space, and a living–dining area of approximately 32 m².
Suite / Deluxe Suite Type: 1LDK (excluding the hearth room), bedroom with 2 beds, tatami space, and a living–dining area of approximately 46 m².
Hilltop: 1LDK, bedroom with 2 beds, and a living–dining area of approximately 32 m².

- Parking
- Each villa is equipped with parking spaces for two vehicles.

- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

- Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
- Due to cleaning schedules, check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We kindly ask for your understanding.

- Can we stay at other villas as well?
- Please check the availability of our group facilities at the bottom of our website.

- Are dishes, cups, and amenities provided?
- Tableware, cups, and amenities are provided for the number of registered guests. Pajamas are available, but only in a free size. Face towels, bath towels, shampoo, soap, and other basic amenities are also prepared for each guest. Please note that seasonings are not provided in the room.

- Is there a BBQ grill?
- A complete set of gas BBQ grill equipment is available for rent (5,000 yen including tax).
Set includes:BBQ grill, Large and small tongs, Gloves, Grill net
※ Bringing your own fire-starting or cooking equipment is strictly prohibited.

- Can I stay with my pet?
- We offer three types of pet-friendly accommodations: Standard Dog, Suite Dog, and Hilltop.

- I don’t have a car…
- We offer a complimentary shuttle service from the nearest station, Amanohashidate Station (Kyoto Tango Railway).
The shuttle departs from Amanohashidate Station at 14:45.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate pick-ups at any other times.
Advance reservation is required at least 3 days prior to your stay.
Same-day shuttle requests cannot be accepted.
Depending on reservations, you may be asked to share the shuttle with other guests.
If you tour the opposite side of Amanohashidate by boat or bicycle, and come to Nishigaki Fuchu Supermarket, same-day pick-up can be arranged (reservation required).
The exact time can be discussed in advance.

- Is the facility barrier-free?
- Yes. In accordance with the accommodation business permit standards, all rooms are fully barrier-free.

- Are wheelchairs and expectant mothers accommodated?
- While the shuttle vehicle is not wheelchair-accessible, our staff will gladly assist during pick-up and drop-off. The villas are fully barrier-free, ensuring a comfortable stay for wheelchair users. Expectant mothers are also welcome to stay without any issues.

- Where is the nearest beach?
- About a 10-minute drive away is Amanohashidate Beach, and about a 10-minute walk away is Komatsuhama Beach.

- Are the facilities inside the resort condominium available for use?
- They are available exclusively to Marinetopia Resort owners.

- When do cancellation fees apply?
- A 50% cancellation fee will be charged from 50 days before your scheduled stay, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply from 7 days before your stay.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the cancellation policy stated in each accommodation plan, no cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases:
If, due to natural disasters, local disasters, riots, wars, or similar events, public transportation near the accommodation facility or near the guest’s residence is suspended, or if expressways or major national roads are closed, making it physically impossible to reach the accommodation facility by 11:00 a.m. on the scheduled check-in day.

- In addition to the towels provided in your room, extra towels are available for a fee.
